PHILADELPHIA, April 11, 2012 - Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P.
(NYSE: SXL) today announced that Sunoco Pipeline L.P., West
Texas Gulf Pipe Line Company and Mobil Pipe Line Company will
commence a binding Open Season for project West Texas -
Nederland Access. The project is being developed to deliver
crude oil from W est Texas to SXL's Nederland Terminal at
Nederland, Texas.
The project is anticipated to have initial capacity to
transport approximately 40,000 barrels per day to Nederland.
The West Texas - Nederland Access project is scheduled to be
operational in first quarter 2013.
The project will provide West Texas producers and Gulf Coast
refiners with a crude oil suppl y solution for West Texas
Sour crude.
The Open Season will commence on April 11, 2012 and will end
on May 11, 2012. Subject to the terms of the Open Season,
priority service will be available to shippers making
long-term volume commitments during the Open Season. The

unloading facilities.
