Summit Power Limited has informed that, Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) has given its consent to restart operation of "13.5MW Chandina Power Plant (Unit-2) and 24.3MW Madhabdi Power Plant (Unit-2)" of Summit Power Limited from February 7, 2022 which remained closed since November 15 and December 16, 2021 respectively due to expiry of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). Accordingly, both the power plants are now in operation.
