SUFA Technology Industry Co., Ltd. CNNC announced a private placement of 33,450,088 A shares at a price of CNY 11.42 per share for the gross proceeds of CNY 382 million on December 13, 2021. The transaction will include participation from Shanghai Nuclear Puyuan Corporation for CNY 322 million and CNNC (Zhejiang) Emerging Industry Equity Investment Fund (L.P.), a fund managed by CNNC Industry Fund Management (Beijing) Co., Ltd. for CNY 60 million. The shares subscribed must not be transferred within 36 months after issuance.
The transaction has been approved at the 23rd session of its 7th directorate and is subject to approval from The company's directorate, shareholders' meeting, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of State Council and China Securities Regulatory Commission.
