STrust Co.,Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended May 31, 2021. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of JPY 6,910 million against JPY 1,768 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 357 million against operating loss of JPY 151 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of parent of was JPY 215 million against net loss attributable to owners of parent of JPY 135 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 36.39 against net loss per share of JPY 22.91 a year ago.
STrust Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the real estate sale business in Yamaguchi and Kyushu Area. The Company operates in three business segments. The Real Estate Sale segment is mainly engaged in the planning, development and sale of apartment buildings. The Real Estate Management segment is engaged in the apartment management, property insurance agency business, as well as sale of interior products. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in leasing of offices and commercial facilities. The others business is engaged in sale and brokerage of real estate.
