HOUSTON (January 21, 2014) - Stewart announced today the reappointment of Bruce Hawley and Orlando Lucero to leadership positions of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law for the 2014 bar year.
Bruce Hawley, executive vice president - National Title Services, was reappointed to vice chair of the Residential, Multi-Family and Special Use Group. This Group oversees committees for Single Family Residential, Multi-Family Residential, Senior Housing and Assisted Living, and Affordable Housing. Since 2010, Hawley has served as chair of the Multi-Family Residential committee.
Orlando Lucero, New Mexico underwriting counsel, was chosen as vice-chair of the Real Property Division, placing him in line for future consideration as chair of the Real Property, Trust & Estate Law Section, where he has been active on various committees for many years.
