On February 4, 2020 the Board of Directors of Stabilis Energy, Inc. elected Stacey B. Crenshaw to serve as a director of the Company until the next election of Directors. Stacey B. Crenshaw co-founded Stabilis Energy, LLC in 2013. Prior to her role with Stabilis she was a practicing attorney with Germer Gertz, LLP from 2002 to 2004. Ms. Crenshaw is the owner of ClaraVaille, a designer and retailer of custom jewelry. On February 3, 2020, Arthur G. Dauber resigned from the Board. Mr. Dauber’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. On February 3, 2020, Will Crenshaw resigned from the Board. Mr. Crenshaw’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
