Upon the affidavit of Irina Veselinovic, sworn to the 8th day of August 2022, and upon the
copy of the complaint hereto annexed along with all supporting documentation including Plaintiff's
Memorandum of Law, it is
ORDERED, that the above name defendants, Epic Worldwide, Alan Tucker, PM Barbee
Holdings, Goldwater Group, Energy 101 Consulting LLC, Exuma Capital Inc., JJM Consulting
Inc., KCG Americas LLC, National Financial Services, LLC and John Bryan Pike show cause
before a motion term of this Court, at Room , United States Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, in the

ORDERED that, sufficient reason having been shown therefor, pending the hearing of
Plaintiff's application for a preliminary injunction, pursuant to Rule 65, Fed. R. Civ. P., Defendants, with the exception of KCG Americas LLC and National Financial Services, LLC, are temporarily restrained and enjoined from transferring or assigning any shares of SportsQuest, Inc.'s
common or preferred stock to anyone until further order of the Court; and it is further | |||
