Spectrum Metals Limited (ASX: SPX) - Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Spectrum Metals Limited ('SPX') will be placed in trading halt at the request of SPX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 10 April 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Dear Dale,

Spectrum Metals Limited (ASX:SPX) ("Spectrum") - Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Spectrum requests that an immediate trading halt be placed on its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising.

Spectrum expects the trading halt will be required until the earlier of the commencement of trading on 10 April 2019, or the release of an announcement by the Company regarding the proposed capital raising.

Spectrum is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information relevant to this request.
