On January 20, 2022, South Plains Financial, Inc. issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be paid on February 14, 2022 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on January 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
