An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire 48.12% stake in Soulbrain Savings Bank from Soulbrain Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A036830) for KRW 14.4 billion on December 22, 2017. Soulbrain Co.,Ltd. will sell 0.77 million shares. Board of Directors of Soulbrain Co.,Ltd. made a resolution in favor of the transaction on December 22, 2017. The transaction is expected to close on March 22, 2018.
