Sonic Interfreight Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to notify the Stock Exchange of Thailand.That's the Board of Directors Meeting No.3/2022 dated August 10, 2022 approved the establishment of a subsidiary. The shareholding In the process of negotiating studies with a registered capital of not more than 5 million baht.

Connected nature: This transaction is not a connected transaction as announced by the Board of Directors of Capital Market Supervisory No. TorJor. 21/2008

For studying alternative energy for business expansion and the ("Company") will report on the structure of Holding shares of the applicant, subsidiary and associated companies according to the rules and persons who may have conflicts of interest to the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the next quarter.
