Solex Energy Limited at its Board Meeting held on 30th July 2020 has recommended a Dividend of INR 0.50 Per Equity Share of the face value of INR 10 each for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2020. The Dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting will be paid to those members of the Company, whose names appear in the Register of Members or Register of Beneficial Ownership as on September 04, 2020.
