(KOSDAQ:A043100) announced a private placement of 9th unregistered/unsecured private convertible bonds with new investor Sejong Mutual Savings Bank Co.,Ltd., Investment Arm for gross proceeds of KRW 3,000,000,000 on April 28, 2015. The bonds will be redeemed on its maturity date, April 29, 2018.
The bonds carry fixed annual coupon rate of 9% and yield to maturity of 8%. The bonds are 100% convertible at KRW 786 per share from April 29, 2016 to March 29, 2018.
