SC SYSTEMS CO.,LTD announced a private placement of 96,000 common shares at the price of KRW 50,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 4,800,000,000 on October 13, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Softcen Co., Ltd. to retain its 100% stake. The company will issue shares of par value of KRW 5,000 per share through shareholder allocation increase method. The investor will pay the first tranche of KRW 1,500,000 within November 30, 2021, second tranche of KRW 1,500,000 within January 31, 2022, third tranche of KRW 1,800,000 within April 30, 2022. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of the company. The payment date for the transaction is April 30, 2022.

The Company operates its business through solution, light crystal display (LCD) monitor and light emitting diode (LED) power saving lighting segments.
