Net sales break down by activity as follows: - supply of operating services (51%): primarily hosting services, operating and updating services for customer data bases, performance of studies and surveys, management of promotional campaigns (target selection, mailings, etc.); - system design and integration (49%): application design (data storage applications for customers and products, customer loyalty, risk management automation, etc.), implementation of technical architectures, performance piloting systems, etc. The group also proposes consulting services for defining needs and developing performance improvement strategies. Net sales break down by market as follows: mail order distribution and sales (39%), banking and insurance (26%), industry (10%) and other (25%).
