Snam, Passa to be manager of document preparation; Chiodaroli ED Audit

(Alliance News) - Snam Spa announced Thursday that it has appointed Chief Financial Officer Luca Passa as manager in charge of drafting corporate accounting documents.

The appointment will be effective June 1.

In addition, Chiara Codaroli was appointed with similar effect as the new Executive Director Internal Audit, replacing Franco Pruzzi, who assumes other responsibilities in the group.

Snam S.p.A. is the leading European operator in natural gas transport. The group also develops natural gas storage and regasification businesses. Net sales break down by activity as follows: - transport of natural gas (58.4%): owns, at the end of 2023, a network of around 38,000 km of pipelines (64.1 billion m3 transported in 2023); - storage of natural gas (13%); - regasification of liquefied natural gas (1.8%); - other (26.8%): development and management of energy efficiency projects and biogas and biomethane production units, gas compression services, location of fiber-optic cables, etc.
