SMC Corporation announced that SMC resolved at the Board of Directors' Meeting held on September 26, 2019, to change its Representative Directors. The Board resolved that Yoshiyuki Takada, Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer, to be dismissed from the post due to his health reasons that it is difficult to prosecute daily affairs. The company appoints him as Director and Honorary Chairman of the Board of Directors. At the same time, the company is considering to promote Yoshiki Takada, who achieved a satisfactory level of performance as President of SMC Corporation of America (SMC US), to be the new Executive Vice President and Representative Director who is working as Director and Senior Executive Officer
