3. Reasons for Revisions to Earnings Projection

We released a full-year earnings projections for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020 on May 11, 2020. However, given the global spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), our projections were pending as it was difficult to rationally calculate potential earnings. There are signs that economic activities are resuming. We are therefore releasing an earnings projection that is based on information currently available and factors in the market environment and recent trends.

Note that the dividend forecast for FYE 9/2020 is still pending. We will disclose our forecast once it becomes possible.
