VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Launch of Alma PrimeXTM

This announcement is made by Sisram Medical Ltd (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") on a voluntary basis.

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board") is pleased to announce that Alma Lasers Ltd. ("Alma"), the principal operating subsidiary of the Company, has announced the launch of the new Alma PrimeXTM platform today. Alma PrimeTM is a non-invasive platform for body contouring and skin tightening developed by the Group's multinational research and development teams in South Korea, Spain and Israel in accordance with the Group's "Business to Everyone" strategy, focusing on the needs and experience of customers and consumers, in particular the different treatment needs of users of various ethnicities, demographics and cultures, based on the feedback from and engagement with the key opinion leaders.

Alma PrimeXTM also capitalises on the Group's proprietary patented ultrasound and radiofrequency technologies and is a synergistic combination supported by "guided ultrasound waves", which selectively affects adipose tissues to reduce fat thickness, as well as "UniPolar Ratio Frequency", which promotes new collagen formation by heating up the dermal and subcutaneous layers and targeting collagen and elastin fibers. Additional features, such as cone-shaped cavity, pulse delivery of ultrasound technology, vaccum, and energy output control, aim to further enrich the users' experience.

The Board believes that the launch of Alma PrimeXTM demonstrates the Group's strength to apply proprietary patented technologies to medical aesthetic devices to address the ever-changing needs and requirements of the practitioners and users of the Group's products, and enhances the Group's product portfolio, brand awareness and product competitiveness.
