We attach the 2016 Interim Report (the "Current Corporate Communication") of Sinotrans Shipping Limited (the "Company") which has been prepared in English and Chinese.

Those shareholders who (a) have chosen to read the Current Corporate Communication posted on the Company's website in lieu of the printed copy and would like to receive a printed copy; or (b) have received the Current Corporate Communication in either the English or Chinese language only and would like to receive a printed copy in the other language; or (c) want to change their choice of language and means of receipt of all future corporate communications, please complete the enclosed Change Request Form and send it to the Company. If you return the Change Request Form by post in Hong Kong, you may use the mailing label in the Change Request Form and no postage stamp is necessary. Otherwise, please affix an appropriate stamp. Shareholders may also notify the Company by email at [e-mail].

Shareholders are entitled at any time by reasonable notice to the Company to change their choice of language and means of receipt of corporate communication.

Both the English and Chinese versions of the Current Corporate Communication are available on the Company's website at http://www.sinotranship.com for 5 years from the date of first publication.
