General Announcement::Re-constitution of Search Committee to identify a successor to the Managing Director

Further to the Bank s intimation dated November 28, 2019 on the constitution of the Search Committee to
identify a successor to the Managing Director, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the
Bank has reconstituted the Search Committee today as follows:

1. Mrs. Shyamala Gopinath
2. Mr. Sanjiv Sachar
3. Mr. M. D. Ranganath
4. Mr. Sandeep Parekh
5. Mr. Srikanth Nadhamuni
6. Mrs. Renu Karnad (representative of Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited)

The Search Committee has been reconstituted as above owing to cessation of Mr. Keki Mistry s directorship
from the Board of the Bank and Mrs. Renu Karnad s appointment as Additional Non-Executive Director on
the Board of the Bank.

Mr. Aditya Puri shall continue to act as advisor to the Search Committee.
