Silicom Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2016. For the quarter, the company announced sales of $28,328,000 compared to $27,441,000 for the same period a year ago. Operating income was $5,421,000 compared to $4,956,000 for the same period a year ago. Income before income taxes was $5,491,000 compared to $5,024,000 for the same period a year ago. Net income was $4,500,000 compared to $4,421,000 for the same period a year ago. Diluted income per ordinary share was $0.60 compared to $0.60 for the same period a year ago. Non-GAAP operating income was $5,835,000 compared to $6,891,000 for the same period a year ago. Non-GAAP net income was $4,934,000 compared to $6,339,000 for the same period a year ago. Non-GAAP diluted income per ordinary share was $0.66 compared to $0.86 for the same period a year ago.
For the full year, the company announced sales of $100,347,000 compared to $82,738,000 for the same period a year ago.
