Sigiriya Village Hotels PLC is engaged in carrying on the business of a tourist hotel. The principal activity of the Company is provision of Hotel Services. The Company's segments are Rooms Department, Food & Beverage Department and Other. Its Colombo Fort Hotels, which is a star class hotel and resort chain in Sri Lanka, owns and manages hotels in Sigiriya, Weligama and Beruwala, which is designed to provide modern day indulgences to the discerning travelers. Its hotels Sigiriya Village is a village themed resort, situated in the shadow of Sigiriya Rock Fortress. In addition, the hotels also provide ideal venues to corporate MICE events, destination weddings and banquets. The Company’s hotel provides facilities, such as airport transfer, bar, bicycle rental, laundry service, safety deposit boxes, smoking area, tours and room service. Its hotel offers sports and recreation, including outdoor swimming pool, walking paths, natural trails and ayurvedic spa/massage.
