entered into an agreement to purchase 460,000, 35,000 and 105,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 53 pence per share on 11 January 2013.
Following these transactions the shareholdings of Mr Castro, Mr Barton and Mr
Brown are as follows:

Further, a block listing application in respect of 4,106,250 ordinary shares in the Company of no par value ('Ordinary Shares') to be allotted pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Share Option Plan has been made to AIM. The issuance of all these options has been previously disclosed in the 2011 Annual Report and various press releases during 2012. The 4,106,250 shares represent the
total number of shares that could be issued under all of the Company's Share Option Plans if all the outstanding options which have vested since the previous block listing on 28 November 2012 were to be exercised.
