SSI Share buy-back - cancellation of shares
Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 10 March 2016 regarding the completion of its share buy-back programme in which 112,053 shares were acquired and treated as retired for accounting purposes. In accordance with listing obligations, the Company announces that the 112,053 shares will be cancelled with effect 31 March 2016. After the cancellation, the number of issued and outstanding Company shares will be reduced to 9,006,352 shares (par value USD0.01 per share) and the Company's share capital will be decreased by USD1,121 to USD90,064.
