Shunya International Martech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300612) intend to acquire remaining 60% stake in Tianjin Xingyan Yunhui Network Technology Co., Ltd. from Heze Zhongxing Enterprise Management Consulting Center (Limited Partnership) and Tang Si on September 22, 2020. Shunya International Martech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. will use its own funds or self-raised funds of CNY 158.4 million. Shunya International Martech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. will acquire 28% stake from Heze Zhongxing Enterprise Management Consulting Center (Limited Partnership) and 32% stake from Tang Si. As of December 31, 2020, Tianjin Xingyan Yunhui Network Technology Co., Ltd. recorded total assets of CNY 112.39 million, net assets of CNY 41.40 million, operating revenue of CNY 146.45 million and net profit of CNY 15.81 million. The transaction shall be expected to complete with 30 days after signing of the agreement. The transaction has been approved by board of directors of Shunya International Martech (Beijing) Co., Ltd. The transaction is subjected to approval from shareholders of Shunya International Martech (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

The Company's main businesses include perennial consultancy services and project services. Perennial consultancy services involve in strategy making, daily communications, media relations and media event management, media monitoring and analysis of public opinions, as well as crisis management. Project services involve in organizing press conferences, strategy conferences and new products releasing conferences, among others.
