Eastgate Technology Ltd. Announces Resignation of Ang Kong Hwee as Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Eastgate Technology Ltd. announced the resignation of Mr. Ang Kong Hwee as Non-Executive Director of the company with effect from October 16, 2012. Consequent upon the resignation as Director of the company, Mr. Ang Kong Hwee will also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
