SHS VIVEON : Concardis opts for GUARDEAN RiskSuite to ensure safe creditworthiness decisions

Munich, May 16, 2017 - SHS VIVEON, solution provider for end-to-end customer management, has acquired payment provider Concardis as a new customer. Concardis GmbH will use the GUARDEAN RiskSuite risk management software in future to further automate and simplify the onboarding process for its customers.

Concardis is the leading full-service payment provider in the DACH region and acts as advisor and contact partner in all questions relating to payments for around 116,000 customers with more than 470,000 connected terminals. The company ensures seamless operations at the point of sale thanks to fast and simple cashless payment processes. Backed by innovative solutions in the area of e-commerce and m-commerce as well as in brick-and-mortar retailing, Concardis supports its customers in conducting their sales across all channels and national borders and thus helps them to benefit from growing international trade. Concardis opted for using the GUARDEAN RiskSuite risk management software in the onboarding process to allow it to offer its customers an even better service in future. The RiskSuite checks the creditworthiness of retailers in case of incoming payment card acceptance contracts and issues recommendations for action automatically. This means that Concardis can make valid decisions quickly and respond individually to its customers.
