Shree Precoated Steels Announces Change in Designation of Nilesh H. Sarvaiya from Non Executive, Independent Director to Non Executive, Professional Director

Shree Precoated Steels Limited at its meeting held on June 30, 2016, approved the change in designation of Shri Nilesh H. Sarvaiya from Non Executive, Independent Director to Non Executive, Professional Director, who shall be liable to retire by rotation for the balance of his tenure.
