Shoko Co. Ltd. (TSE:8090) acquired 65% stake in Showa Denko Aluminum Trading K.K. from Showa Denko k.k. (TSE:4004) on February 1, 2013. Upon closing, Shoko Co. and Showa Denko hold 65% and 35% stake respectively. Showa Denko Aluminum Trading reported total assets of ¥2.3 billion and net assets of ¥331 million as of December 31, 2012.

Shoko Co. Ltd. (TSE:8090) completed the acquisition of 65% stake in Showa Denko Aluminum Trading K.K. from Showa Denko k.k. (TSE:4004) on February 1, 2013.
