CHANGE OF BOARD MEETING

Reference is made to the announcement (the ''Announcement'') of Shenzhou International Group Holdings Limited (the ''Company'') dated 21 January 2020 in relation to the notice of a meeting of the board of directors (the ''Board'') of the Company proposed to be held on 23 March 2020 at Unit 2708, 27th Floor, Billion Plaza, 8 Cheung Yue Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong (the ''Venue'') for the purposes of, among other matters, approving the annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended 31 December 2019 and its publication and considering the declaration, recommendation and payment of a final dividend, if any.

The Board hereby announces that the Board meeting will be convened by way of teleconference instead of a physical meeting at the Venue. Save as disclosed above, all other information and content set out in the Announcement (including the date, time and agenda of the Board meeting) remain unchanged.
