Zheng's appointment is a strategic maneuver set in place to handle the significant increase in global traffic as the branch witnessed a 300 percent revenue growth from the year prior. Zheng will spearhead all business strategies, including licensing, investment, and mergers and acquisitions.

"I am humbled to be chosen to oversee ZQGame's global expansion as we leverage the incredible success the US branch has already accomplished," said Zheng. "Our plan is to be aggressive with our business operations and development heading into 2015 as we already have in place a few major announcements and reveals that will add upon our current third-party publishing model."

In a simultaneous change, Zheng has shifted leadership roles within the organization to more effectively support its global business operations. Changes include: Xin Liu to Chief Operating Officer, Shannon Chen to Vice President Business Development, and John Hwang as Vice President of Product.

Zheng will concurrently hold her previously appointed positions with parent company Shenzhen ZQGame Network Co., Ltd as Executive Vice President as well as continue her role as Director. Zheng previously served as Vice President for ZQGame before leading the company to its IPO in 2010.

Prior to the formation of Shenzhen ZQGame, Zheng held the Director of Investor Relations for Powerleader Science and Technology Group Co.
