Longood Intelligent Electric (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive $8 million in an equity round of funding on September 20, 2019. The transaction included participation from returning investor, Shenzhen Longood Intelligent Electric Co.,LTD (SZSE:300543) to retain its 100% stake in the company. The registered capital of the company will increase from $1.27 million to $9.27 million post closing of the transaction. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor at 9th meeting of the 3rd directorate and the 8th meeting of the 3rd board of supervisors.
Shenzhen Longood Intelligent Electric Co Ltd is a company mainly engaged in research, development, production and sales of intelligent controllers for electrical appliances. The Company's products include intelligent controllers for electrical appliances, intelligent power supplies and so on. The intelligent controllers for electrical appliances are applied in household appliances, electrical tools and robots. The intelligent power supplies products include power management systems, digital inverter power supplies and plant factory management systems. The Company also provides professional lithium battery product solutions through its subsidiary, such as portable energy storage power supplies. The products are mainly used in household appliances, power tools and electric bicycles.
