NOTICE OF 2020 ANNUAL RESULTS PRESENTATION

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

Notice is hereby given that the 2020 Annual Results Presentation of Shenzhen Expressway Company Limited ("the Company") will be held on line in Chinese language on 25 March 2021 (Thursday). The related matters are as follows:

2020 Annual Results Presentation.

• II. TIME AND PLACE OF THE PRESENTATION

  Affected by the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, the network mode will be adopted for the Annual Results Presentation of the Company. Two results presentations will be held on the same day for the convenience of investors and the details are as follows: Presentation 1: 10:30 - 12:00 on 25 March 2021, on the network video live platform provided by the RoadShowChina.

  Presentation 2: 15:00 - 16:00 on 25 March 2021, on the internet platform provided by Panorama ·Global Roadshow.
