(Stock code: 01335) RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of Sheen Tai Holdings Group Company Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") announces that with effect from 20 January 2017, Mr. Bau Siu Fung ("Mr. Bau") resigned as an executive Director as he would like to devote more time to manage the new business of the Group.

Following his resignation, Mr. Bau will remain as the company secretary and an authorised representative of the Company as well as a senior management of the Group.

Mr. Bau has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to his resignation which should be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Bau for his contribution to the Company during the tenure of his service.
