Mr. Walter Vasanth P J is the Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India ("ICSI") and possess MBA and Law Degrees. Prior to Shanthi Gears Limited, he was associated with Amalgamations Group, SPIC Group and Ramco Group.
He has about ten years of experience in the Secretarial functions.
