Shanghai Hanyudong Investment Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 370,000,000 in an equity round of funding from returning investor Shanghai Xinpeng Industry Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002328) on October 23, 2019. The transaction has been approved by the investors' board of directors in its 4th directorate in its 22nd special meeting and does not require the approval of the investors' shareholders. The present registered capital of the company is CNY 280,000,000.
