Servicios Corporativos Javer, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2018. For the quarter, the company reported net revenues increased 23.8% to MXN 2,276.7 million as compared to last year. EBITDA grew 54.4% to MXN 336.4 million as compared to MXN 217.8 million a year ago. Net result increased 69.3% to MXN 72.6 million in as compared to MXN 42.9 million a year ago. The free cash flow generated was MXN 199.7 million, reporting a significant growth compared to the MXN 9.2 million in second quarter 2017, as a result of an increase in EBITDA and lower tax payments. Earnings per share were MXN 0.26. For the six months, the company reported net revenues grew 21.5% to MXN 4,261.7 million compared last year, as a result of a better sales mix and a higher average sale price. EBITDA grew 41.6% to MXN 506.6 million as compared to MXN 357.8 million a year ago, primarily due to volume growth, a better sales mix and higher prices. Net result was MXN 130.7 million, a 34.1% drop as compared to MXN 198.4 million a year ago. This was mainly due to an FX gain of MXN 271.7 million in same period last year. Earnings per share were MXN 0.47. The free cash flow decreased 56.2% to MXN 81.5 million due to land acquisitions and a greater use of working capital.
