Majed bin Ayedh Alnefaie has resigned from his post as the CEO of Seera Group Holding due to personal circumstances, according to a bourse filing. The company's board accepted Alnefaie's resignation on 28 January 2023, yet it will be effective on 1 February this year. Meanwhile, Seera indicated that it will disclose any further developments regarding the appointment of a new or acting CEO in due course.
