SEEC Media Group Limited Appoints Mr. Leung Tat Yin as Independent Non-Executive Director, Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee

The board of directors of SEEC Media Group Limited announced that Mr. Leung Tat Yin (“Mr. Leung”) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of audit committee, a member of remuneration committee and a member of nomination committee of the Company with effect from 25 July 2018. Mr. Leung has over 30 years of experience in trading and construction industries. Prior to joining the Group, he has served as managerial positions in a number of sizable private companies situated in Hong Kong.
