The Board of Directors of Secuve Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A131090) authorized a share repurchase program on February 20, 2012. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 1 billion worth own shares pursuant to a trust agreement with SK Securities Co., Ltd. to be signed on February 21, 2012. The purpose behind the program is to stabilize the stock price and to enhance company's corporate image. Repurchases will commence on February 21, 2012 and will continue until August 20, 2012. As of February 19, 2012, the company has no shares in treasury.
On August 17, 2012, the company extended the share repurchase program until February 20, 2013.
SK Securities Co., Ltd. acted as the broker to Secuve Co., Ltd. for the company.
