(Alliance News) - Seco Spa on Wednesday disclosed that it has processed its pre-closing revenues for fiscal year 2022, which amount to EUR200 million, up 78 percent from 2021 and in line with the official guidance communicated to the market last April.

Organic growth was 43 percent, while like-for-like growth was 36 percent.

In the fourth quarter of 2022, Seco continued its growth trend, posting the best quarter in its history in terms of revenue.

Specifically, in the last three months of the year, net revenues amounted to EUR55 million, up EUR10 million and with an overall growth of 22 percent compared to the same period in 2021.

"This performance is linked to significant expansion in higher-potential areas including EMEA, APAC, and the U.S., as well as growth in the CLEA business, which generated revenues of more than EUR18M during the year, contributing 9 percent of consolidated revenues," the company wrote in the released note.

Seco closed Tuesday's session 3.8 percent in the red at EUR5.60 per share.
