Sebata Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Ross Lewin as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of Both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Sebata Holdings Limited hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr. Ross Lewin ("Ross") has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 20 November 2020. Additionally, Ross has resigned as a member of both the audit committee and the remuneration committee.
