Sea Breeze Power Corp. is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting held on October 13, 2015 in Visalia, CA, the shareholders elected the following Board of Directors:

Henry P. Anderson III, Charles Hoffman Jr., Gregory Hoffman, Mark Hoffman, Ken Puryear

Charles (Chuck) Hoffman, the recent addition to the Board, is a businessman who has worked extensively in Agri-business in California as well as the Pacific Northwest. He has also been an owner/operator in the boating industry in Hawaii and Europe for over 40 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Stanford University, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Sea Breeze wishes to thank Charles Eckberg and Paul B. Manson for their previous service on the Board of Directors and wishes them success in future endeavours.
