Scorpex, Inc. is a waste disposal and recycling company. The Company stores and disposes all types of waste, including those classified as industrial, toxic and hazardous. The Company is focused on hazardous and toxic waste disposal in the Baja Mexico/California region. The Company has constructed approximately 10,000 square foot storage facility, water reservoir and septic system, sprinkler system and security fence. The Company's project is Ensenada, which is located in Mexico. The Company plans to construct other storage, recycling and disposal facilities in various locations throughout Mexico. All facilities will be designed for the purpose of processing the industrial waste, including materials. Its processing facilities include waste disposal and recycling.
