Scan-Inter Public Company Limited announced the resolution of the board of directors meeting held on November 9, 2017, the board of directors approved the appointment of Mrs. PimWanitar Jaratpreedar, the corporate Secretary and chief financial officer to be a director replace the resigned director, effective from November 9, 2017.
