The SberPremier premium service network has launched a new service: clients can now schedule an appointment with their personal manager directly in the SberBank Online mobile app. The process is simple: click on the manager's card, select "Make an Appointment," then choose the topic for the meeting and a convenient date and time. Clients can also use the service to manage appointments (reschedule, cancel, schedule several at once). The service synchronizes with the calendar on the client's smartphone.

Vasily Nepsha, head of SberPremier:

Our new service takes this into account: the client plans their visit in a matter of seconds without having to call the bank and has all the information about the meeting at their fingertips."

SberPremier is the most expansive premium service network in Russia, with 630 offices servicing over 2.2 million clients in 227 cities. SberPremier offers personal manager services, wait-free service at a convenient time, and a 24-hour support line. Service package holders are entitled to a number of privileges: premium cards, access to airport business lounges, higher rates on savings accounts, and insurance and medical solutions for the entire family. SberPremier clients have access to a wide range of investment products.
