Oliver Fursdon, head of Central London commercial development at Savills, comments: "We are delighted to welcome Chloe into the team as we continue to grow our London commercial development business, and our London offer as a whole. After the challenges of the second half of 2022, we see opportunity in 2023 to help clients unlock value through our blend of development advisory, development management and transaction brokerage services. Chloe will be a big part of this."
