Mid-City Bhoomi Developers Private Limited executed an agreement to acquire remaining 51% stake in Satra Property Developers Private Limited from Satra Properties (India) Limited (BSE:508996) for approximately INR 200 million for October 10, 2019. Upon completion, Satra Property Developers Private Limited will cease to be a subsidiary of Satra Properties (India) Limited. For the year ended March 31, 2019, Satra Property Developers Private Limited had a revenue of INR 10.7 million. The transaction is expected to be completed on October 10, 2019.
