Sanchuan Wisdom Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300066) agreed to acquire 67% stake in Ganzhou Tianhe Permanent Magnet Materials from Chen Jiuchang, Zhou Ganghua, Shu Jincheng for Approximately CNY 210 million on June 28, 2022. After the transfer, Chen Jiuchang will still hold 6.03% stake, Zhou Ganghua 5.29% stake, and Shu Jincheng 4.87% stake.
Sanchuan Wisdom Technology Co.,Ltd, formerly Jiangxi sanchuan water meter CO., LTD., is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, production and distribution of water meter products. The Companyâs main products consist of common water meters, water saving water meters, intelligent card water meters and water management application software and systems, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
